Say goodbye to pesky mites with our ML Oxalic Acid Vaporizer! With a vaporization efficiency of over 95%, this heavy duty machine is worth the investment. Plus, you can pass it down to future generations. Treat your hive without hassle or disruption - no strips or pads needed. Safety equipment and complete instructions included.
Instructions:
- Load the cup of the vaporizer with one gram (per brood chamber) of oxalic acid, and carefully insert it into the hive.
- Seal the hive entrance using a foam strip or rags to ensure proper containment of the oxalic acid vapors.
- Connect the leads of the vaporizer to a 12 V car battery or a deep cycle battery for precisely 2-1/2 minutes.
- After the vaporization process, leave the vaporizer in place for an additional 2 minutes to allow the vapors to thoroughly distribute within the hive.
- Carefully remove the vaporizer, and you can proceed to the next hive.
Note: Keep the hive sealed for an additional 10 minutes after removing the vaporizer to allow the oxalic acid vapors to fully disperse and take effect.
